(Associate Professor of Radiology in Massachusetts General Hospital)
Prof. Michael Blake is an Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School and attending in the Abdominal Imaging Division of Massachusetts General Hospital. He completed Medical School at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and trained as a Radiologist at St. Vincent’s University Hospital also in Ireland. He then completed fellowships at Boston Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre before coming on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr Blake has served as the Abdominal Imaging Fellowship Program Director and is currently the Division’s director of CT Colonography and Abdominal PET/CT. He has been the editor of three books entitled “Adrenal Imaging”, “Imaging in Oncology” and “Genitourinary Tract imaging”. He has presented his research at national and international meetings and published his work in major journals. He has also served on committees of Radiology organizations such as RSNA, ACR, SAR and SABI. He currently serves as member of the Society of Abdominal Radiology Adrenal and Neuroendocrine Disease Focused Panels.
